The adaptation was fast, we quickly mastered the main functions ourselves. During the test year, the system worked extremely stably. There were no glitches or access issues. Data and reports loaded and downloaded quickly, and report customization was excellent.

After we reported one discrepancy in the system settings on our end, the Samsoft team resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. There are some limitations of the system related to multi-currency transactions that require manual solution and treating customers/vendors as separate counterparties.

I look forward to improving the system in this area. The system is constantly updated, it seems that the feedback users leave online is really taken into account. In addition, a free webinar from the Zoho team left a pleasant impression, where the Zoho team talked about the new features. In summary, Zoho has exceeded my expectations.

The subscription price (I have an Elite license) is well worth the value it brings to our business. The overall impression is excellent.
